Action: Clear away heat to be beneficial to Qi.  

Indications: Diabetes with Qi deficiency and interior heat manifested by thirst and polydipsia, easy hunger and polyphagous short breath and asthenia.  Be used for treating mild or moderate non-insulin-dependent diabetes.
